Morning Checklist

Open this page every morning when you start work. Follow the steps in order.

1. Browse the market (5 min — browser)

Open taomarketcap.com
Scan for big price moves in subnets you're tracking
Note anything unusual (new subnet trending, big drop, etc.)

2. Connect to VPS

Open Terminal on Mac
Type the SSH command:

ssh giorgia@207.180.228.169

Once connected, type:

agent-deck

3. Check Nexus for alerts (5 min)

Open Agent Deck → Nexus → chat
Ask:

Are there any active alerts or security issues?

Then ask:

What changed in the last 24 hours on subnets I'm tracking?

Note any MINE/SKIP/WATCH changes

4. Research (main work — 1-2 hours)

Pick a subnet to analyze (from Nexus recommendations or TaoMarketCap observations)
Create a new session in Agent Deck if needed
Use Claude Code + GSD to deep-dive the subnet
Check scoring, hardware requirements, profitability

5. Write your findings

Use the Report Template
Send to your team lead via Discord or as a file

6. End of day

Ctrl+Q to go back to Agent Deck
Press q to quit Agent Deck
Type exit to disconnect from VPS
